We received a phone call from Patrick Skinner from Spillane Property within a couple of days of ending an unsucessful 3 month campaign with another agent. He was willing to visit us the following day in the evening and he didn't get to go home until around 8.30pm that night because he was happy to answer all our questions regarding a sales campaign with him. We weren't quite ready to re-list straightaway and he was happy to wait until we contacted him about 5 months later. During the campaign, Patrick communicated with us almost everyday about his follow up of people who had inspected our property. He worked very hard with those people who had shown interest by communicating with them frequently and ultimately getting them to bid at auction. Spillane property's preferred auctioneer was Luke Jones. We liked the manner in which Luke conducted the auction. He was respectful to both us and the bidders and he was very patient, waiting for around 10 min between bids, giving the bidders enough time to make up their minds. Despite some rudeness from the bidder's family members, both Patrick and the Principal, Donna never lost their cool. They persisted with encouraging the bidders to put up several bids until our property sold under the hammer. We are extremely happy with Patrick's service. He was always approachable and quick to respond to emails, text messages and voice mail. He worked very hard to get us a sale in a short time frame at a good sale price.
