We met Patrick at an open home for the house we subsequently purchased. We had met over 30 agents in the area over our months of searching for our house and always felt belittled, and lied to over and over again. It got to the point where we would rule out houses because we didn't want to deal with certain agents. Understanding that the housing market is crazy right now, we assumed they were all too busy for customer service. Meeting Patrick changed everything for us. He took a genuine interest in our plans to relocate, gave us such helpful advice about the area. He didn't give us any of the sleazy sales tactics other agents did and was just honest with us about price and characteristics. He answered all of our thousands of questions, and didn't palm us off like other agents. We were even running late for the auction and he managed to facilitate our registration remotely and ensure the auction didn't proceed without us. For that we are grateful because we ended up purchasing the house. Even after we purchased the house, he has been in constant contact with us and making sure we have a smooth transition. When we sold our previous house our then agent disappeared straight away, which is what we were expecting here. We're so glad we found him, he's a winner in a sea of agents who seem to have lost their focus. If you're looking for personalbility, honesty and great customer service then Patrick is your guy.
