Patrick and Myanna are very helpful. My house was only opened for one Saturday and it was then sold. Patrick and Myanna were very efficient in everything, e.g. organizing video and photo taking, responding to my questions, sending me feedback from potential buyers. They had also go beyond and advised me on the things to look into when purchasing a property to live in. I'm very happy and impressed by their services and help.

Patrick was very presentable, polite, amenable and knowledgeable. He is an excellent communicator. He even helped me with some issues when the sale was completed which was very good of him. One slight fault was that he told me the large trees in my garden were covered by strata. I didn't find out until I moved in that they are NOT covered by strata as they are in my private garden and not on common land. It's now costing me $1,300.00 to get 2 of them pruned as they are dangerous. I am very annoyed about this. Otherwise I would have given him 5 stars.
