Our purchase of the property was a process of a good 3 to 4 weeks. During this some time difficult process. Patrick never promised anything or said anything that didn't give me confidence that he had mine and the vendors best interest at heart. When in doubt how to come to a resolution between us he said nothing and let the interest and market decide. Through this process I felt he acted honestly and with integrity.
