We chose Patrick based on the relationship we developed when we were looking to buy. Patrick was not pushy but always quick to assist with good advice when asked. He went out of his way to look for properties that would suit us. We felt that is how we wanted our buyers to be treated. Patrick and Myanna didn’t let us down and ran a very professional and comprehensive campaign to sell our house.
