Still waiting on the keys but conflicting schedules and unexpected emergencies have caused the delay. Now that we're back in the country, hopefully we can finalise the handover.

Patti was a fountain of knowledge regarding Real Estate in Coorparoo area and obviously has a wealth of experience and market knowledge in the area. Her communications were first class as were her assisting staff throughout the process. She was provided guidelines for the sale of our property which she has adhered to in negotiating the sale of our property. The only drawback in the entire process was of our own doing, in agreeing to an Auction contrary to our own past experience with Auctions, and ultimately the property did not sell at auction. Having said that though, the post auction process and efforts and negotiation put in by Patti ultimately prevailed and resulted in successful and satisfactory sale.
