Sold our house quickly and efficiently however I was not impressed that she gave us a sale price to begin with only using current market value, not having viewed the house itself. Negotiations tended to lean towards the buyer however she respected our requests and decisions and backed them in the negotiations. Communications were quick with minimal lag time and our house sold in 40 days from sale contract to hand over, Patty was very keen and efficient.
