Paul was a little pushy in getting the sale which I personally find most salespersons are but did a very good job on selling the property for an amount within the range that he specified on the Agreement. Where I personally found the company, Paul and his assistant failed was in communications and invoicing. Go with Paul and I believe he will sell the property for you but expect hiccups.
