Paul’s customer service was outstanding until the deposit was paid. The contract of sale was not forwarded onto the broker/Conveyencer, we had to remind the agent. Building concerns were simply disregarded and classed as general maintenance. Absolutely no negotiation. Requests for manuals/warranties/information repeatedly false promises and follow through. Definitely a sellers market and a real estates commission based market at the moment.
It's a tuff job being a real estate agent where you have to please the buyer as well as the seller. I also understand the inclination towards seller for any agent in the market per se because that's what brings cherry on top. Paul was supportive from the beginning ranging from arranging private inspection multiple times for the property to handling the buyer in a friendly way. As a first home buyer, I had little knowledge in everything. My only learning is I'd have asked a lot of questions :) I hope I work with Paul again in the near future.
