Irina Popovic was very helpful all the way and at the end when I was moving and had difficulties with removalists, she stepped in and sorted everything out for me. I chose Paul because I have seen him selling few properties in my neighborhood and he sold it for a very good price. I contacted him for the sale of my investment property and he made the whole process very easy and suggested some really good strategies so sell quickly. He managed to sell the property in the 3rd week and I got 20K more than I was hoping. So it was a very good result for me. His rates are very reasonable too. I have been dealing with Paul for over 6 years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with him. I first met Paul while looking for my first house, and although i didn't purchase my house through Paul, he stuck out to me as extremely professional and knowledgeable, and at the time, me being only 20, he was one of the few who actually took me seriously and gave me the time to sit down and explain in detail the process and steps involved in purchasing an investment property, which i greatly appreciated and that was then why i choose to use his company to lease my house and now 6 years later, it was a no brainer to have him sell my house. Paul once again in great detail explained to me step by step the process of selling my house and what would be required of me. Throughout the sale there were a couple issues along the way but none were of any fault of Paul's or the real estates, and Paul always tried to rectify the issues and help where he could. Finally the last point to be made is in regards to the sale price, originally a figure was agreed on by myself and Paul that we both thought was very fair, but with Paul's real estate expertise he managed to get a ridiculous number of people through on the open day and from that we received over 30 contract offers and Paul had managed to get me an additional $60-$80,000 above asking price which is absolutely amazing and something i never thought would of happened. So yes, therefore, I HIGHLY recommend Paul Abassi to anyone looking at selling their house/investment property and i would happily answer anyone's questions they have in regards to Paul and his knowledge of the real estate market. I would recommend Paul and his team to family & friends , they have been very helpful with all aspects of the sale. They basically took the stress out of selling your property, communications have been exceptional and they are very friendly but professional at the same time, i felt 100% leaving my property in there hands and they even got more for my property than i was expecting. My property was very colourful and diffferent to other homes so they decided to make a video clip and dressing up in different clothes and shooting a video to show the heart of the home, and i believe this helped with the speedy sale.
