We knew we liked this property the first time we looked at it, and attended all three open homes before the auction date. Paul was there each time and was helpful at explaining the property. He was friendly, personable and encouraging. He was most helpful at navigating the process of us making an early offer (which wasn't accepted), along with his support in arranging a building and pest inspection before the auction (which did get done at seller's expense). After the auction and sale he was very helpful at finding additional information, arranging handover, and was very happy for us in having bought our new home. I think anyone would be lucky to come across Paul at any property sale or purchase.
