As only one bidder made a bid it is hard to provide a review.I was not present at the negotiation so I didn't know if it was Jack or Paul, or both. That said negation went well. Jack was on the ball and the one bid on the day was thanks to him. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack but due to the low number of bids didn't see enough of Paul in action to provide much feedback for him.

Right from my 1st contact with Jack + Paul I felt I was in good hands, their positive outlook on the outcome of my property was very refreshing. They kept me informed at all times on the progress of the sale, they reassured me that our goal would be reached with some hard negotiating by the pair..I was made to feel confident at all times by their approach and finally once my price was reached they were as happy as I was with their price gained...very well done Jack and Paul...I will be telling whoever wants to know how good you all at Barry Plant are!...thankyou Bill Mitchell..

Thanks to Paul and Jack and the team for their efforts in selling our property. They developed a marketing strategy that was not only aimed at getting the most exposure for our property but one that also worked with our personal situation ensuring that the open house times worked around our kids. Paul was set the difficult challenge of selling out property on a small block, busy street and with the renovation half completed! Paul worked with his team to produce the results. During the sale process, Paul provided realistic and honest advice about the market and likely interest. Whilst optimistic and positive about the outcome, Paul effectively managed expectations as to not over inflate a selling price to 'get the sale'. Paul's communication was fantastic, from the first enquiry to settlement he has been in regular contact. Paul arrived to view the house and immediately provided options on how to market and methods to sell the house that were viable given the requirements and complexities of the property. This communication continued whilst we were overseas and notably Paul was able to balance the right tact in the delivery of non favourable news! There were certainly ups and downs during the sale process however we felt that Paul and his team were one step ahead of this roller coaster and never displayed any concern! We didn't feel at any stage we were misinformed or being lead down the wrong path for a quick sale and that was important to us, as well as a credit to Paul. I have rated Paul 5 stars across the board because of his energy and interaction with clients that doesn't pull any punches, that calms the nerves and educates in detail about the process as well as options and opportunities when plan A does not come to fruition. I strongly recommend Paul and will use him again in the near future.
