Paul was very thorough and efficient and easily explained things as it’s been a very long time since I have purchased a home. I was disappointed the home I had bought doesn’t get cleaned before hand over , which surprised me and a bit disappointed I didn’t get flowers at handover as Paul had mentioned a couple times… silly but, I spent a lot of money on this property. Other than that over all happy with Paul
