Paul failed to market my property accurately. There were errors in the initial brochure, the website listing and the sign on the street. Also, because the realestate.com filters were not properly set up, my property was invisible to buyers searching for properties with a pool and air-conditioning (both of which mine had). On Paul’s recommendation, I opted to use the online auction method. Over several weeks during which the property market kept falling, not a single bid was registered. The method was quickly abandoned on the advice of a First National director who joined Paul, at my request, to get the marketing on track. The property finally sold at a price well below my initial intentions. First National bore the costs of the online marketing and sign but they insisted that the low sale price was due entirely to the market fall and rejected my request to reduce the agent’s commission. Paul and the other First National people I dealt with were pleasant and generally communicative but I have urged the agency to implement effective quality control for its future clients.

Paul did a great job in a difficult market and achieved the results we were after. Honest and open and clear communication meant we were comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Paul for your real estate needs.
