Sale of my Land

I met Paul a couple of months ago and asked if he was interested in listing my land for sale.He said he was and 24 hours later he had 2 offers one of which we accepted, we now have the proceeds in our bank. He was most professional and pro active, he did not just put a notice in his window like the other agents,and wait for someone to enquire, he actively contacted potential customers.I would recommend Paul 100%. I wish I had known him before when I was building houses.
