Paul is a very bubbly person with a great sense of humour. We ‘clicked’ straight away when we spoke to him about selling our house. Paul came with Daniel on his first visit. Paul was informative about our property and how it would be on the market. He gave us options and explained why some would be better than others. We had contact with Paul frequently about what was happening with our open houses and our offers. Paul was really good when on occasions we were stressed about where we were at and reassured me several times when I was a stresshead!! We got the offer but still wanted a bit more Paul negotiated and negotiated and we got there. We have also bought our new house which is a downsize from Paul during this purchase Paul was in touch all the time and again negotiated for us.
