We were very pleased with the price that we got. He chose a great strategy for marketing our property and did really well to market it, in very difficult circumstances. The relationship between us was not at all good, and there was even a tenant in the property. He just managed to very calmly solve all the difficult problems to this sale and still got a good price. His communication was excellent, I thought that he was a very real person, not given to just telling you whatever suits him or what he thinks you want to here. It was great to be able to have open and honest conversations and have him return the openness and honestly. I just cannot recommend highly enough.

We find Paul to be one of the most professional people we have met ,nothing is to much trouble ,he goes out of his way to make sure your sale runs smoothly he goes thru the contracts with you to make sure you understand the complete picture and always keeps in touch with you to see if you need anything ,he is also very honest he’s knowledge is second to none.
