We decided to move because there was major disruptive remedial work, much of it unfunded, to address concrete cancer in the building of 37 apartments. There was scaffolding around the building for over 18 months, and we lived in a noisy and messy environment. There were insufficient funds to carry out this work so a loan and special levy were needed to progress the work. While Paul's initial expectations for a quick sale were not met, he showed perservence and determination and excellent negotiation skills to complete the sale at a price a little below what we had hoped for.
