It was a true pleasure to buy through Paul. He organised an inspection very quickly, always answered the phone or returned calls very quickly, did what he promised, told the truth and acted very professionally but friendly and caring at all times. As a purchaser it was wonderful to have an agent who would actually tell you a price or price range rather than just say do your own research and tell us what you think it is worth to you - we had several other agents use that approach and hated it.
