Unfortunately most Estate Agents these days are regarded with some trepidation BUT this is definitely not the case with Paul. He’s definitely from a different breed and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Paul has managed our rental property in Kewarra Beach since April 2019 and just recently handled the sale of this property. He is always professional in his approach, very knowledgeable, gives expert advice and extremely easy to deal with. He’s always on top of things, very hands-on, so will get involved when it’s appropriate and deal with whatever needs attending to. He also deals with good local Sub-Contractors, so is happy to refer one and will organise maintenance work when needed. They too have proven to be very reliable and efficient and we have not been let down once. We honestly have had no problems with our Property since we handed the reins to Paul and he therefore comes highly recommended by us.

We have used Paul to sell 2 houses in Cairns the last few months, we are interstate. We have sold and bought many houses over the years with various agents, and this is the first time the experience has actually been pleasant, and entirely due to Paul. He never pressurised us, he always had our interest at heart, he communicated by email or text (my preference as I hate phonecalls), organised open homes every weekend, and liaised with our rental agent to get it all done without any effort from us. The houses were sold by the time the tenants vacated. He was the complete package for us, and the whole selling experience happened effortlessly from our point of view, with Paul taking care of everything. We cannot recommend enough.
