It was a true pleasure to buy through Paul. He organised an inspection very quickly, always answered the phone or returned calls very quickly, did what he promised, told the truth and acted very professionally but friendly and caring at all times. As a purchaser it was wonderful to have an agent who would actually tell you a price or price range rather than just say do your own research and tell us what you think it is worth to you - we had several other agents use that approach and hated it. Paul dealt with all the negotiations very quickly and professionally and after we were all signed up he still cared about us and has given us some great help settling into the area - recommending some trades/handymen services. Over many years I have bought over 10 houses and Paul was one of the best agents to deal with. And if you are a vendor I am sure he will help you really well as we did end up paying at the high end of the range and there were many other offers put forward. Definitely not your stereotypical real estate agent which is terrific.
