Over all Paul was fantastic

This sale was a difficult challenge for Paul given the number of parties to the estate to be satisfied. Within two weeks a realistic purchaser was identified by Paul and after a short period of negotiations a contract price was agreed upon. It is noted that the contract price was about 5% higher than a similar neighbouring property sold some months earlier. We were particularly impressed with the prompt communication during this transaction and Paul's willingness to listen to and act upon the 'demands' of parties to the estate. Well done Paul.
