This is the first time we had sold a property and the process seemed quite daunting. Paul really helped guide us through the process and made the process as stress free as you could hope for when selling a house. When we decided it was time to sell we discovered we had chosen a very difficult market time to do so, Paul has great market knowledge so we were able to shift out marketing campaign quickly to respond in order to get the best result. Paul’s communication was second to none, he always gave us honest feedback following every inspection and kept us up to date through the whole process. Paul is very friendly and easy going, all to often you meet salesman that are just out make the best profit for themselves, when dealing with Paul we always felt he had our best interests in hand and never pushed us to rush a decision.
