After the death of my mother it was time to sell my family home that I had always known that my parents built in the 60’s. After having multiple agents out who immediately said it would be a great home to bulldoze and put unit on, Paul was the only realtor who first offered condolences for the loss of my Mum and secondly saw the potential in the family home and not just another old home that could be bulldozed for developers to make money from. Throughout the whole process Paul was honest, reliable and open to answering ‘stupid questions’. He understood that this wasn’t just another sale but had and show empathy knowing how hard it was to let go of 60 plus years of memories.
