We really liked Paul and his teams approach - They were super responsive to any communication whether it was txt/facebook or email - Paul even gave up his 4th anniversary evening (unbeknownst to us at the time) to finalise our sale - He took the time after hours to review the contract conditions submitted by the purchasers conveyances and changed wording where required to protect our interests. Paul was honest and down to earth with us - He exceeded what price we wanted in a very short time frame in pre market with his teams innovative approach to marketing! The other thing I have to mention is the community support Paul and his team do to support the locals, both businesses and individuals! Its unique and engaging, and sees them go where others cant be bothered to make a difference whether its helping a young girl sell her home made items to raise the money for her dream, making a donation to a devastated local family who are grieving or pay for free ice-creams and coffees for customers while promoting that business...
