Paul was nice to deal with. He made time to show us through at the end of a day at short notice which was much appreciated. A nice bottle of champagne and a photo was also nice thanks Paul but we felt disappointed after settlement to be welcomed by 8 weeks of leaves piled up at the front doorway and 30 cm long grass to mow once we finally unpack. Apart from that all good.
