Paul came to me by knocking on my door in the middle of the day. He had just sold a house in my street and its price far exceeded any price previously acheived. Unusually I invited him in. Paul has a great attitude and I would not let him be led by what I thought. Based on his acheivement in the area he surprised me in the 1st instance by his strategy and pricing for our home and to do things we had not considered. I decided he was the salesman I wanted. Down to earth, confident and not boastful, but I had to do what he said. And I did. I I am very pleased with the sale result and consider it as a above market result. Paul took the time to know our needs we were selling our house with 3 very small kids and he took that into consideration which was very important to us for our kids to be comfortable during the whole process.
