Paul is a personable, most professional problem solver, proactive with the utmost high standards and integrity. My situation was very intricate, I needed to sell my home and buy a new one while I was overseas and if that wasn’t enough, both transactions needed to settle on the same day: an almost impossible task! I am very particular with what I want, but Paul was never pushy, he was very understanding and, regardless of the 9-hour difference with Australia, always available and willing to discuss new options, giving me guidance and invaluable advice. Paul took the time to really understand my needs and didn’t stop when my house was sold, he kept looking for the right property for me. When I landed in Australia, he had found the perfect house for me, we went to view it and within 24 hours the contract was signed. The challenges didn’t stop there, but Paul was never scared of doing the hard work and went to every extent to have both contracts settled on the same day, he devoted so much time and effort to my situation, but against all the odds he made it happen!! It’s when things get tough that you can tell the calibre of a person: Paul is a very capable agent, who dealt exceptionally well with any situation or obstacle that arose despite the many difficulties encountered along the way. (I am very thankful for all your support, Well done Paul!) Needless to say, that I am extremely satisfied with both the outcome for me and Paul’s performance. I can’t recommend Paul enough, especially to anyone who needs to sort out their property business from overseas, Paul is the most suitable and knowledgeable person, You are in great hands! Paul has a lovely personality and we shared great camaraderie during our interactions. At times I had to remind myself that he was acting for the seller and not me. He was always accommodating when I needed to enter the property with my renovating team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone wishing to sell their property. Paul was extremely helpful with any of our questions and if he did not know something he went to all measures to find out such as previous providers so it was an easy transition buying our home. Highly recommmend and if we ever sell (don’t think we will) love our place :) we’ll be using Paul. After months of searching for our home we came across many realtors - Paul by far outshone the others.
