Paul was an honest broker throughout the purchase process. Unlike others I dealt with during the weeks I was hunting for my ‘forever home’, he answered my questions plainly. He knew the property, the area, and the market like he’d lived here all his life. On the rare occasion he didn’t know the answer to a question I had, he asked the vendor for more information and got back to me very quickly. Paul didn’t try to pressure me, and I never got the feeling he was pushing hard for the sale. The price guide he gave me on the first day I saw the property was very close to what I actually paid for it nearly two weeks later.
