Unethical / Inappropriate Behaviour and still awaiting a response from Purple Bricks.
I am very disappointed with the conduct of Purple Bricks staffs (Paul COLE). I believe that the Salesman (Paul COLE) acted in his own interests and provided limited assistance to the Seller. At times, Paul was acting on behalf of the Buyer.
Paul’s actions were notable and made very clear on numerous occasions. I found the Salesman’s (Paul) exploits during the contract process, to be unethical and inappropriate...
I have attempted to discuss further with the Qld CEO (Craig YARROW) but he failed to respond to my complaint made several months previous. As a result, I lodged my complaint with the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). As a result of the OFT becoming involved, I was contacted by Craig.
On the 02/10/2018 Craig advised that he had completed his investigation into the conduct of Paul COLE, but due to the involvement of the OFT, he would now be providing the results of the investigation to that office. (note: OFT involved due to Craig’s initial inaction)
It was not my intension to involve the OFT (complaint made to OFT due to no response from Purple Bricks), and I have since informed Craig likewise. I have emailed Craig YARROW (Qld CEO) to obtain the results of the investigation and possibly withdraw the services of the OFT. But as of the 21/10/2018, I have not received a reply.
