Paul sold this property and another one last year above their Reserves. Paul organised the contractors to do the rehab without charging a commission and the contractors costs were quite reasonable. This resulted in getting the sale price above Reserve. He also monitored the work done and gave me updates so that I did not have to go to Canberra to check each job had been completed.
