He was very knowledgeable about the Gungahlin market and although there was a similar property in the same block of apartments ours sell within 2 weeks while the other one was on so long that their agent reduced their asking price. Paul was able to get considerably more than we expected for the unit. We were kept informed every step of the way which meant more effort on his part but peace of mind for us. A very nice aspect to Paul was his desire for us to leave the property in the best possible condition so that the incoming owners would have the joy of an immaculate new home.
