From the start, Paul gave me non-nonsense advice on the market and the marketing strategy we would need to give us the best chance to sell at a good price. He took care of all the hard work getting the apartment presentable for opens and went the extra mile putting on extra showings to attract as much interest as possible. He was always great at communicating with me where we stood with prospective buyers which was appreciated. In the end he managed to secure a price well above asking and above my expectations.
