We have had the opportunity to work with Paul and his team on 2 property sales and one purchase to date, and have always been extremely grateful for the level of information and care provided. Paul has always taken on the heavy lifting, making the entire process very streamlined, low stress and simple. The two property sales have both included minor renovations and uplifts to increase the property appeal, and Paul's team have efficiently updated and staged the properties with very little required of ourselves. We especially appreciate the level of care and assistance with the last property sale, due to it being a deceased estate of a close family member. We couldn't recommend Paul and his team more.
