We purchased our new home in Hope Island, Paul was very good to us during the process and easy to work with. We have moved in and love the location, my only negative is that when we inquired about purchasing the property I asked a couple of times if animals where allowed as I have 2 small dogs. We where told that is not a problem, well we are now facing having to give away one dog as the estate only allows one dog per property. This is very upsetting for our family and we are not sure what to do. I urge all agents to have the body corp rules in full copy before accepting offers.
