We started talking to Paul about 3 months prior to listing, as we were in the market looking for our next home prior to really thinking about selling the existing one. Paul was very helpful throughout the process and respectful of the stage that we were at - certainly not pushing for a quick listing, rather recommending an appropriate time and method. The presentation of the sales material was exceptional, with excellent photography and video, together with a comprehensive review by the whole HIRR sales team.
