From the very first, Paul Creedon showed himself to be knowledgeable and flexible as we consider whether to sell or rent this inherited property. Then there was all the work getting costings for the various things that needed to be done to the place, one way or the other, and in considering what work was essential vs what wouldn't pay back if we sold. Things were also complicated by a falling market and the Christmas-New Year break, when availability of contractors, photographers etc. meant things didn't go the way that originally been set out.
