As an 84 year old experiencing his first sale of a family home I found Paul to be very understanding of my concerns and his knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole process much less stressful than I imagined it would be. Paul seemed honest with his approach to selling and was reasonable when showing the property. Although the house sold for higher than we were led to believe some things are out of the control of Agents and we were still able to buy the property under budget, something other agents struggled to communicate effectively. When given our budget Paul was able to show us a house we could actually afford so our time was not wasted.
Being a first home buyer I found it all quite daunting. However, Paul made me feel at ease with his knowledge and patience with all my questions so I was able to go ahead with confidence in taking such a big step.
