He discouraged me from accepting any offers he deemed too low or not right for my circumstances. My questions or concerns were always dealt with promptly and honestly and in a friendly manner. Paul and Nathan Vincin always came to my place to update me, sign papers when required, check how I was coping, give me further information and then finally an offer that right for me. I felt Paul had my best interests at heart and his professionalism impressed me. He was never pushy or arrogant like some agents who called on me.
