I felt Paul was there for me right from the get-go. When I asked how I should prepare the place for sale, he advised me what was necessary, optional and what was a waste of time and money. He was in constant contact as to what was happening, how many people turned up for the inspections, the level of interest etc. I was kept in the loop at all times and my WhatsAp queries were answered promptly. Given the difficult economic times and the recent changes to Super self-managed funds, it could have been a stressful time but Paul explained that it wasn't all doom and gloom and got me a brilliant sale, more than what I had come to expect.
