It was great to be able to complete the sale of our Investment Property during Covid Lockdown, when we could not meet Paul Davis in person, and everything needed to be negotiated either by phone or email. Paul helped us through a difficult time, where we had to decide whether to go forward with the tenant in situ, or wait for the tenant to leave and refurbish, then advertise.
