From the outset, Paul showed compassion to our circumstances and great professionalism. Paul has excellent market knowledge and has sold many properties in the street where we bought. Communication was great in that we weren't continuously pested with phone calls however he was prompt and professional in getting back to us when ever we called or had a query. Additional inspections were never a problem. We were pretty clear up front that our offer was going to be our offer and that we were not going to be interested in a tit for tat offer exchange. We were so impressed that we decided to list our property though Paul.
