Paul was very upfront, communicated in a timely manner, and was probably the most open of the agents we've dealt with in previous auctions. He was particularly good in setting expectations around what could and could not be done with the property, given the number of people who appeared to think they could build townhouses or duplexes when this was not the case. We did consider the initial price estimate to be rather conservative but that's predominantly down to current market conditions. We would happily engage with Paul if we were to sell in the future.
