In a market still suffering from high interest rate fatigue Paul was able to attract nine bidders to a very compeititve auction. We are delighted with the result. However it was his attention to detail and willingness to assist us with some of the more complex elements of a non traditional sale that really make Paul stand apart. Certainly was not expecting that level of service. Our expectations were well and truly smashed. Cannot recommend highly enough.
