Ours was a complex sale involving a deceased estate and NSW Trustee and Guardian involvement. I first made contact with Paul four years in advance of the property eventually going to sale. During that time he stayed in constant contact knowing that he was never guaranteed a result. He simply provided honest, up front and accurate information which helped all parties involved in the sale to make informed decisions. Once the decision was made to take the property to market he was the natural choice. His level of service and professionalism during the campaign period was second to none. In a market still suffering from high interest rate fatigue Paul was able to attract nine bidders to a very compeititve auction. We are delighted with the result. However it was his attention to detail and willingness to assist us with some of the more complex elements of a non traditional sale that really make Paul stand apart.
