Gets the job done honestly!

Paul is a man of integrity, professionalism, friendly and approachable. Our sale for me was further complicated by my being enduring power of attorney (epoa) and never having sold a home. I was anxious to do the best job I could and was also completely at sea. Paul made things so easy, that when chosen to sell the home I could sit back and trust that Paul was doing his very best for us. He told me how he would like to go, giving me options and once the path was choosen, he communicated often, more than once a day, to assist me to know how to proceed and what was next. The house was for sale for such a short time, some family members were being told the house was for sale, and it had sold at exactly the best price that Paul had suggested, at the same time. He even went that little bit more to ask for just a little bit more. I would have no hesitation to recommend Paul to be a 'real' person, putting you and your needs first within a realistic plan, to sell your home or even mine should I choose to do so.
