Paul has restored my faith in real estate agents. After a recent and previous not so pleasant real estate purchase experience, Paul made purchasing a joy. Was great to deal with an agent who wasn't 'pushy' or rude. Paul made himself available to answer any questions we had, but pretty much let us go to have a look around by ourselves, without hassling or watching over us. The 'making an offer' experience was somewhat different to what we have experienced in the past in that Paul clearly let us know that the property is worth 'what is worth to us'. A somewhat refreshing approach after our last attempt to purchase where the agent was pushy, downright rude and even though our offer was in his stated to & from range, wanted to know where we 'got that offer figure from'.
