I purchased my property through Paul 9 months ago. I signed the offer and acceptance and then was told that the seller actually wasn’t ready to sell and would not sign the papers for another month, leaving me in limbo not knowing if my offer was accepted. I didn’t recieve any communication on how the settlement was progressing. I also was told the house was made of brick and it was not. Once settled I was told it was inconvient to get the keys on that day so he would leave them in the meter box. They keys were actually left under the rubbish bins but I was not told that and had to search around the property for my keys. I would not use Paul again.
