Great Service from Start to Finish

Paul Devine impressed us from the Interview of Agents to the end when he got us a price above, we thought we could get. He was honest about our expectations and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. The house was up on a Wednesday, and we had our first open on the Saturday and by lunchtime on Sunday we had accepted an offer that was well over what we thought. He worked within our timeline that was tight, but we never expected for it sell quickly. He did all the negotiating for us to get us top dollar. The process was not stressful at all. He had our best interest at the forefront of everything. I loved that an agent worked very hard for his client and communication with what was happening at the end with all the offers we got.
