All excellent we have no complaints with Paul’s management and handling of the sale of our property!

We were disappointed with the way the house was left. The master bedroom smelt dreadful so much so that we had to spray carpet with 2 cans of deodoriser and carpet cleaners came to clean all carpet areas. There should be a clause in contact where owners have to clean carpets & windows as they are filthy. The house WE LOVE .

Paul was easy to deal with when purchasing our property. He was straight forward , kept us informed of progress, was available to answer all our questions and helped with the various inspections.

We have bought and sold many properties over the last 35 years and this sale was the quickest and most trouble free of them all thanks to Paul.
