As repeat clients we had used Paul's services before so already knew we were getting a fantastic Real Estate Agent. As with last time the house sold quickly and achieved the price we were after. This time however there was a tenant to deal with and repairs required. As we live remotely Paul organised all repairs on our behalf and organised a new rental for our long term tenant in a tight rental market. All seamless. I would say he went "Above and Beyond".
